So Santa Christmas Tags

Image
Hi everyone, Well all my classes have finished for the year.  These tags were one of the projects we made at our last class. I've combined a couple of stamp sets for these tags.  These cute images come from the So Santa Stamp set and the Pool Party watercoloured background comes from a stamp in the Love What you Do stamp set.   The Santa images were stamped over it with Cherry Cobbler ink before being punched out with the Circle punch. The cardstock is Whisper White and Cherry Cobbler. Thanks so much for stopping by today.  I wish you all a very Happy Christmas. xx

Stamp Ink Paper # 179 - Holidays

Image
Hi everyone, Thanks so much for joining us this week for our challenge at Stamp Ink Paper I've used the stamp set Flourish Filigree and combined it with the Christmas and Stitched Seasons die plus some festive paper for the background. This was a very simple card but I like the effect of simplicity and elegant paper.  It really makes the Copper foil "Christmas" the hero of the card.  Cardstock used is Cherry Cobbler and Very Vanilla.  Here is a closeup. Hope you will join us for this weeks "Holidays" challenge at Stamp Ink Paper .  Have a great day.

Stamp Ink Paper #174 - BOO

Hi everyone, Welcome to this week's challenge at Stamp Ink Paper For this challenge we had to option of Halloween or using Fall colours.  As I don't really have Halloween stamps (and don't celebrate it)  I used my Large Letter dies for this card and some Basic Gray paper from a stack I've had in my stash for years.  I bought it thinking it would be great for some Boys cards.  As it happens, its come in handy to create for this challenge combined with some Halloween coloured cardstock.  I have Basic Black, Lemon Lime Twist and Pumpkin. I added some googly eyes to the "O"s. Thanks so much for joining us this week at Stamp Ink Paper.  Looking forward to seeing your creations for this challenge.  Have a great day.

Stamp Ink Paper #172 - Sketch with Beautiful Baubles

Image
Hi everyone, Welcome to this week's challenge at Stamp Ink Paper.   Here's our sketch. I've treated the geometric design on the card front as a box that was holding an ornament ready to be pulled out and hung on the tree.  That's my interpretation of the sketch.  You may use whatever you like for the shape.  Here's my card. I've used the Beautiful Baubles stamp set for my ornament which I've heat embossed with Copper embossing powder and I've added it into an pocket made from Under the Misletoe Dsp.  The cardstock is Garden green and Whisper white.  The Whisper white background was embossed with the Holly embossing folder.  Here's a closer look at the details. The sentiment, also from the Beautiful Baubles stamp set has been stamped with Real Red ink. Here's a look at the whole card one last time. We hope you will join us for this week's challenge at Stamp Ink Paper .  We can't wait to see what you cr

Stamp Ink Paper #171 - Fall Florals

Image
Hi everyone, Welcome to this week's challenge at Stamp Ink Paper Fall is not something celebrated here in Australia.  In fact we are in Spring and its warming up quite a bit.  Where I live you don't notice the change in seasons very drastically and we don't see those Autumn colours changing like other areas with colder climates.  Thats my explanation for why I struggle with cards for Fall but here's what I came up with. The cardstock is Merry Merlot, a little Crushed Curry and Copper foil.  The patterned paper is from the Share what you Love specialty pack.  The embossing folder is the new Tin Tile one. I was having a hard time getting a good photo to show off the detail the most.  Here are a couple of closeups. I've used a few retired dies combined with current product for the flowers and also a Label for the greeting from the Share what you Love/Make a Difference pack that was part of a large bundle I ordered. Thanks so m
