Paper Craft Crew 246 - Daisy Delight Birthday

Image
Hi Everyone, Welcome to this week's sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.   Here's our sketch below. I've used the Daisy Delight bundle for my card which is available in the new catalogue from 1st June combined with the Designer Paper pack called Delightful Daisy.  The cardstock used is Elegant Eggplant, Wisteria Wonder and Whisper White. There is a closeup of the daisy which has been stamped twice on Whisper White card with Wisteria ink and punched out then layered over each other.  I used Daffodil Delight ink for the centre.  I wanted the daisy to mimic the flowers in the patterned paper. The Birthday greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny sentiments stamp set, and has been cut with the Bitty Banners framelits. We hope you will join us this week at the Paper Craft Crew  and play along with this awesome sketch.  We look forward to seeing your creation.  Have a great day.

Hi Everyone, Welcome to our challenge this week at Stamp, Ink, Paper for our Graduation Theme. Here's the CAS card I created using the retiring Birthday Blast Bundle.  I think the Starblast framelits are awesome. I've chosen a classic Black and White combination with some Silver Glimmer card.  The base is our Shimmer White cardstock with Basic Black on the lower front. We hope you can join us at Stamp, Ink, Paper  for our Graduation themed challenge and can't wait to see your creations.  Have a great day.

Paper Craft Crew 245 - Tic Tac Toe Carousel Birthday

Image
Hi Everyone, Welcome to this week's challenge at the Paper Craft Crew .  We are playing with a Tic Tac Toe board today and can't wait to see your creations. I've chosen to go diagonal with a card I made recently for class - Bright Colours, Favourite Stamp set and Ribbon.  This is a card made using the Carousel Birthday stamp set and suite of matching products.  It was my favourite stamp set last week, lol.  I'll probably have a new favourite when the next Catalogue goes live no doubt. This card uses the brightest of the patterned papers from the Cupcakes and Carousels stack and is teamed with cardstock of Pool Party and Calypso Coral. There is a closeup of the greeting stamped directly onto the Label from the matching embellishment kit. This is a pic of all the cards I had made for display for my class last week including the 3 we actually made. And there's the card I'm featuring for today's post.  This was taken where I

Hi Everyone, Welcome to our 100th challenge this week at Stamp, Ink, Paper .  This week its Cardmaker's choice.  You create for us using your favourites.  Also on offer this week is Blog Candy to help celebrate. Last week I ran a class using Carousel Birthday stamp set and I used all the co-ordinating products.  This was definitely my favourite suite from the Occasions catalogue which only runs for another week, and these were products which unfortunately have not carried over into our new Annual Catalogue. The cardstock used is Pool Party, Bermuda Bay, So Saffron and Very Vanilla.  The papers are from the Cupcakes and Carousels stack and all the elements co-ordinate with the Carousel Birthday stamp set. Images were coloured with Blender pens and inks. Thanks so much for stopping by today.  We hope you will join us at Stamp, Ink, Paper and don't forget there is blog candy on offer this week. Have a great day.

Kyra's 18th Birthday Card

Image
Hi everyone, It seems all my daughters friends are having birthdays at the same time of year.  This young lady turned 18 on Monday. This was the card I made for her stamping straight onto Serene Scenes paper, inspired by many others I'd seen on Pinterest. I've used 2 stamp sets, Beautiful You and Birthday Blast and I've cut out the Sentiment with the Stitched Shapes framelits. Kyra lives near the beach to I was inspired to use this particular paper from the Serene Scenes stack for her card.  The cardstock I've used is Crumb Cake, Pool Party, Whisper White & Basic Black (inside). The inside of the card showing the Popup.  I've actually done a few simple ones like this recently.  Everyone loves them. Thanks so much for looking.  I hope you've had a great weekend.

Hi Everyone, Its Wednesday and its time for this week's challenge at the Paper Craft Crew . I'm using the Cupcakes & Carousels stamp set this week as I already had it out to prep for a class.  This set won't be carrying over into the new Stampin' Up Catalogue, so if you like it and want it, you need to order it very soon.  My cardstock here is Flirty Flamingo and Very Vanilla.  The greeting is from the stamp set Thoughtful Banners and are great for putting small phrases or words together. Here's a closeup.  I've coloured the image with Blender pens and ink. Thanks so much for stopping by today.   Can't wait to see what you make at the Paper Craft Crew challenge this week. Have a great day.

Stamp, Ink, Paper #99 - Star Blast Bottle Tag

Image
Hi Everyone, Welcome to our challenge this week at Stamp, Ink, Paper .  Here's our theme. I thought I'd make a bottle tag to dress up a Wine Bottle as a Birthday Gift which I put in a cellophane bag.  I ran it past our Team Leader Justin to make sure I was within the packaging realm  as I love using cellophane bags with a bit of ribbon as a quick effective way to package a large assortment of things from baking to sweets and even personal care items.  I have a fundraiser coming up and we also like to package up the prizes, but in a way where you can still see what they are. The cardstock I've used is Bermuda Bay, Pool Party and Very Vanilla combined with the Bermuda Bay Glimmer paper available only through Sale-a-bration.  To this I added a Tag stamped with the Balloon Adventures greeting and stuck on some stars that were out of the die cuts.  Here's a closer look at the Bottle Tag. Doesn't this dress the bottle and cellophane bag up so m

Happy Mother's Day - Super Mum

Image
Hello Everyone, Wishing all the Mother's out there a wonderful Mother's Day.  I hope it was great. Mine was, dispite the fact that I work on Sunday mornings.  We had celebrations on Saturday evening and this afternoon and we caught up with my Mum and my Mother in Law early, last Thursday. Here's a card I made recently.  Its for every Mum.  We are all special and Super! Its a simple card that I made using the Everyday Hero Stamp set from the Occasions catalogue which is unfortunately not carrying over into the new Annual Catalogue.  The cartoon like characters are very cute. Here's a closeup of the image. The cardstock is Bermuda Bay and Whisper White.  I've coloured with Blender Pens and markers and used my Wink of Stella over the cape.  The photograph doesn't capture the sheen on it very well. Here's a few photos from our celebrations.  Firstly, the flowers my daughter brought home for me yesterday, a little mini cheesecake treat I h

Happy Anniversary Cards

Image
Hi Everyone, I wanted to share a couple of Anniversary cards I made recently for Family & Friends.  Both use similar supplies. The base of each card is Very Vanilla and on the first I have Basic Black cardstock and some Crumb cake for the butterfly.  Here's a closeup.  I've used the Papillon Potpourri butterfly stamp set here. The second card uses Basic Gray card in place of the black for a slightly softer look.  Both cards use Retired dsp and the Teeny Tiny sentiments stamp set for the greeting.  The first using the Modern Label punch for it and the second the Bitty Banners. Here's a closer look at the greeting And a closeup of the butterfly here.  Basic pearls complete the butterflies on the cards. These cards are very CAS and its a great way to use up Designer Series papers. Thanks for stopping by, hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Paper Craft Crew 243 - Everyday Hero Super Dad

Image
Hi Everyone, Welcome to the Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew. I've used the Everyday Hero stamp set for my card combined with a few clouds from Up & Away thinlits and the Stitched Shapes framelits.  Come and have a look. My cardstock is Pool Party, Whisper White, Dapper Denim and coloured Glimmer paper from the SAB pack.  I've pulled out my Bitty Banners framelits from retirement to highlight the sentiment "You're Incredible".  Underneath the square panel I've also used one of the Banners from the framelits set Bunch of Banners. We hope you can join us for our challenge this week at the Paper Craft Crew  and we look forward to seeing your take on the sketch. Have a great day.
