Some Fan Fair Male Cards

Hello Everyone,

Today I wanted to use up some vintage paper called Fan Fair and make a couple of quick cards suitable for some males.  Come and have a look.



The first one here uses a card base of Basic Gray and I've used a greeting from the Label Love stamp set stamped onto Very Vanilla card to match the cream in the background paper.



The second card uses a base of Island Indigo combined with a greeting from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set onto Crumb Cake card.  Both cards use the same or similar papers from the Fan Fair pack for the background and the extra banners and greeting panels, which are double sided sheets and I've also used some Cherry Cobbler card for one of the banners for each card.




These were fast cards and will come in handy to keep in much stash for a few male birthdays that I know of coming up.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
