Lotus Blossom Happy Birthday SAB Card


Hello Everyone,

Happy Tuesday to you all.  I've made another card today using similar products to yesterday's post.  I've featured the Lotus Blossom Sale-a-bration stamp again and the Irresistibly Yours designer paper which I've brayered again.  Come and have a look.




The cardstock is a retired Pink from my stash which I've combined with Whisper White and Brushed gold together with the brayered background paper.  I used Pear Pizzazz ink this time to brayer and there are a combination of Pink Pirouette, Melon Mambo and Rich Razzleberry for the blossom and Pear Pizzazz with Mossy Meadow on the stem.  I stamped the birthday greeting from the Butterfly Basics stamp set with Melon Mambo ink.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
