Bermuda Bay Circle Framelit flip card

Hello Everyone,

I hope all my friend in the US had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration yesterday.  I know that today for them is Black Friday and that's some sort of crazed shopping date which equates to something like our Boxing Day sales here.....lol.   I hope they all survive the day unscathed.

Today's card is made using the Circle Thinlit die that creates a Flip Card.  These are a breeze to make once you have the right equipment, eg.  Bigshot and Thinlit.  Come and have a look at this once made using a base card of Bermuda Bay.


I've also used Festival of Trees stamp set and Whisper White and Gold Glimmer card along with some Gold print washi tape.  The Tree was stamped in matching Bermuda bay ink and punched with the Tree punch.  Here is a closeup.



I've also used the Dotted Ribbon border punch for the border down the left hand side edge.  The next photos show you the flip card standing front and then back.




The greeting comes from a vintage set here called Greetings of the Season.  I just sold it off in my bunch of retired stamps.  I hope you enjoyed seeing this glitzy card which is quite easy to make.  I'll leave you with one final photo of it.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
