Creative Elements Birthday Card

Hello Everyone,

Happy Tuesday to you.  Today I've made a square card and used a retired stamp set called Creative Elements.  I've combined it with the little butterflies cut with the Beautiful Wings embosslits and a greeting from the Itty Bitty Banners stamp set.  Please come and have a look.

This photo shows the stamped focal image with the swirl stamped onto Very Vanilla Card cut with the Hearts collection framelits.


The patterned paper is from the retired pack called Modern Medley and the cardstock used is Bermuda Bay, Basic Black and Very Vanilla. 



The swirly image from the Creative Elements stamp set was stamped in Black Stazon ink.  I've added a few of the tiny basic pearls randomly over some of the dots along the swirl just to add a bit more detail and dimention.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
