Rev up the fun Moonlight Gatefold Card


Hello Everyone,

I wanted to make another of those Gatefold cards, that I should you the other day, but this time I'm working with a square base and some patterned paper from the Moonlight designer paper stack.  I've decided to stamp with the retiring set Rev up the fun and make a motorbike card, something suitable for a male.  I'm using the Deco Label Framelits to frame my stamped image.  Come and have a look.




The cardstock used is Smoky Slate, Lost Lagoon, Hello Honey and Whisper White.  I've embossed the Hello Honey Label with the Fancy Fan embossing folder and I've stamped the background of the white label with a stamp from Works of Art set.  The measurement for this card is 28 cm x 14 cm.  Each side is scored at 7cm from either end and folded in to the centre.




I've also finished off the card with some Candy dots from the neutrals pack.  They look a little more masculine from this pack and these are the Smoky Slate colour.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
