Happy Watercolor Paint Chip Card

Hello Everyone,

Happy Tuesday.  How is your Tuesday going.  It's a little cooler now so it was a little fresh first up for our morning walk, however we did pick up the pace and we warmed up enough to take the jackets off.  It actually was a gorgeous day with lovely blue skies, but the wind was a little cool.

Today's card uses another paint chip.  I've used the Happy Watercolor Stamp set  on the chip and some Modern Medley patterned paper on the card.  The Very Vanilla background has been embossed with the Baroque embossing folder and stuck onto a Base card of Basic Black.  Come have a look.




I've added another little butterfly cut from the same paper with the Beautiful Wings die and added a greeting from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set punched and layered with oval punches.  Here is the view of the finished card below.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
