Some more swaps for Sunday


Hi Everyone,

First of all, I want to wish my friend Michelle a very Happy Birthday today.  She is also my downline in my Stampin Up business.  Card is in the mail, Michelle.

Next I want to share with you some more swaps I've made for Team Members using some of the new products.  I've added Thank You greetings  to one of the Stamps from the You're Lovely Sale-a-bration set and used the Fresh Prints Paper stack.



These are very simple cards in design, just to showcase some of the products and easily replicated for swaps and if required for Workshops, easy for even Beginner stampers to master.  I think what is most eye catching is the colour combination.  Baked Brown Sugar card is used for the base with Whisper White and Coastal Cabana layers on the Deco Label and of course the papers have a combination of these colours too. 


This shot gives a closer look at the layered label and of course, it wouldn't be complete without a little butterfly from the Beautiful Wings embosslit.

I've offset the Fresh Print paper strips and rounded a lower left hand corner on each piece plus rounded opposite corners on the base card too.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
