I {Heart} U for Valentine's Day


Hello Everyone,

Gotta say just one thing right now, TGIF......Lol.   Here comes the weekend.

With Valentine's Day right around the corner, I thought I would start having a few cards ready in preparation.  While I don't need too many myself, Lol... I do supply a giftshop with some cards and this one can be used, for either Valentine's Day or an Anniversary.


I'm using the stamp set Hearts a Flutter today along with the Label Thinlit Card Framelits for the I {Heart} U and the arrow which you will see in the photo below.   Here is the full view of the card.


My cardstock is Crumb Cake, Pool Party, Cherry Cobbler and Silver glimmer.  I've also used Gorgeous Grunge stamp set for some background stamping as well.  These hearts, pictured below were cut with the matching Hearts a Flutter Framelits and raised on dimentionals.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
