Paper Craft Crew Sketch #17

Hi Everyone,

I missed the cutoff for last week's sketch.  Here's hoping I can make it in time this week.

Here is the sketch from Paper Craft Crew 


And my card


 I've used the stamp set Blooming with Kindness for this card, with Cardstock of Wisteria Wonder, Elegant Eggplant, Whisper White and Brushed Gold.  I've also used Beautiful Wings Embosslits and Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder.  I've cut the bloom out with Framelits labels die and sprayed it with Shimmer Mist, although the photo doesn't pick that up.

Now I also made another card and couldn't decide which I liked best.

Two step stamping is not my strong point.  I probably need a bit more practice, Lol, .  Ive used Field of Flowers with this card and greeting from Blooming with kindness.  Field of Flowers stamp set has been sitting on my shelf gathering dust and I really thought I should use it.  I've also used retired papers Paisley Petals on this card.  Cardstock is Not Quite Navy, Whisper White and Brushed Gold.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
