Festival of Trees Tags

Hello Everyone,

Tomorrow is our Paper Angels Charity Christmas Workshop.  Its a full day of projects to make with The Festival of Trees stamp set and All is Calm washi tape.  The final projects of the day will be to create some Christmas Tags, so I've had a play and made a few of my own with a variety of materials and textures using lots of different embossing folders which will hopefully inspire the ladies when they create theirs.

All my tags are cut from Whisper White card and I've used the Scallop Tag Topper punch.  Inks are Lost Lagoon, Smoky Slate and Mossy Meadow.




I'm not sure how well the embossing shows up but I've used a varity of embossing folders, Lacy Brocade, Lucky Stars, Stylish Stripes and Delicate Designs.  I've Bitty Banner framelits and Tree punch and Silver and Lost Lagoon Ribbons.  Here are all the tags I've made.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
